| No funding needed for my top two. Actually the opposite. 1) Parental Rights- no state involvement between a child / parent relationship or decisions to be made regarding that child. Exceptions only from thoroughly investigated abuse accusations. 2) No Offshore Wind Turbines- Information from our East Coast has been provided. Their offshore wind has failed in every level. Thousands of whales and other cetaceans killed. Millions of tax payers dollars paid for the surveying, installation, maintenance and this has caused taxpayers utility bills to triple and the cost to dismantle just 1 project is estimated to be in the billions. They are unreliable, and the breakage is constant in high winds. Think storms and hurricanes. The repair costs is enormous. They are built in mainly China so no jobs provided for Americans as well. |
